This is a collection of twelve recurring NPCs that you can insert into your campaigns.

Each NPC is designed to provide multiple encounters, many of which evolve over time. Some NPCs provide an opportunity to acquire a unique item, treasure, familiar, or boon.

DESIGN NOTES

Each NPC is described on a single page with the typical locations in which they can be found, physical appearance, personality, abilities, story function(s), dialogue prompts, and notes for each encounter or appearance.

Mechanical abilities are described at a high level to be easily adapted to any gaming system.
